Thorough History, Exam, and Evaluation
Dr Smoot provides expert non-surgical care for the neck, back, and spine. Whenever possible, Dr Smoot will recommend the least invasive care to optimize patient outcome. Conservative management will begin with a throrough history and examination and with imaging/diagnostics when appropriate. Oral medication and physical therapy are conservative options that are often very effective in optimizing patient condition.
